At All Oak Firewood, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality firewood products and excellent service. Please review the following terms regarding returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • All products must be returned in their original condition and quantity, exactly as delivered.
  • Used, altered, or damaged firewood after delivery is not eligible for return or refund.

2. Return Fee

  • A 20% deduction from the total purchase amount will be applied to cover handling and restocking costs.
  • The remaining balance will be refunded to the original method of payment.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
  • If the product arrived defective or in error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will cover all return shipping expenses.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund once the issue is verified.

5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned goods are received and inspected. You will be notified via email once your refund has been issued.
